The Agreement covers two separate documents — the User Agreement and the Personal Data Protection Notice — and you need to accept both before qxbao.dev unlocks most features.
Two documents, one screen
You review the QxBao User Agreement and the Personal Data Protection Notice side by side and accept them together. The Vietnamese text is the legally binding version; the English text is provided for reference only.
When you're asked to accept
You can accept the Agreement as soon as your email is verified — you don't need to wait for account approval first. See Create an account and sign in for the full order of steps.
If a document changes
Only a document that actually changed needs re-accepting: accepting a new Privacy Notice doesn't ask you to re-accept an unchanged User Agreement, and the other way around. If a document was updated since you last agreed, you see a notice that it changed and are asked to review and accept the new version. If the text itself changes while you're still reading it, the page reloads the latest version automatically and asks you to review it again before you can accept.
Reading the documents anytime
You can open Terms & Data Protection at any time from User Agreement or Personal Data Protection Notice to read the current version, print it, or check when it took effect.
If you're blocked from a feature
If you try to use a feature before accepting, you're told exactly which document you still need to accept. See Limits and error codes for the exact messages.
