Create an account and sign in

Sign up, verify your email, and sign in with a password or Google.

Getting set up on qxbao.dev takes a few short steps: create an account, verify your email, accept the Agreement, and wait for an administrator to approve it before you can use the wallet, the Faucet, and the rest of the platform.

Creating an account

To sign up, you choose a username (6–32 characters, lowercase letters, digits, and underscores only), a display name, an email address, and a password (8–128 characters). You can also sign up with Google — if that email is new here, you are still asked to pick a username and a password on your first use.

Verifying your email

Right after you sign up, a verification link is sent to your inbox. Click Verify email to confirm the address, or use Resend verification email if it never arrived.

Accepting the Agreement

Before you can use most features, you need to read and accept the current User Agreement and Personal Data Protection Notice. You can do this as soon as your email is verified — you don't have to wait for approval first.

Waiting for approval

After verifying your email and accepting the Agreement, an administrator still needs to approve your account before you can use it. While this is pending, you see Account pending approval. If your account isn't approved, the page shows Account registration not approved together with the administrator's reason, and you can submit one appeal asking for it to be reconsidered.

Signing in

Once approved, sign in with your email or username and password, or with Continue with Google. If you've turned on two-factor authentication, you're asked for the 6-digit code from your authenticator app — see Account security.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from Delete account in Settings → Security. This asks you to confirm your password again first. If your account ever registered a wallet on the QXC network, deletion is refused; send a message to @admin in Messages to talk it through — see Wallet and QXC for what a wallet keeps.

For the exact wording of every account status message, see Limits and error codes.

Need help?

If this guide doesn't answer your question, send a message to @admin in Messages. If your account is pending, rejected or restricted, use the appeal form shown on that screen instead, because Messages is only available to approved accounts.
