HANU course registration signs in to the university's QLDT portal on your behalf and registers the course groups you pick, either right away or on a schedule — then lets you look back at what each run actually did.
Needs an active HANU subscription
This is a periodic service under Services, billed per day; the cost for each day is shown on the page before you subscribe, and you can subscribe for up to 120 days at a time. You only get access to the course list, creating a run, and your run history once you have an active subscription. Open HANU Credit to get started.
Save your QLDT account
On the "Account" tab, save your student ID and QLDT portal password — you can do this even before subscribing. Your password is encrypted when saved and is never shown again. Press "Test connection" to confirm the system can sign in with your account.
Pick your courses
Press "Load courses" to fetch the list of registrable course groups, searchable by code, name or group. If the list shows a "Decoy data" tag, reload it before you register. You can select up to 50 courses for one run and reorder them by priority.
Create a registration run
Choose "Loop until done" to keep retrying until every selected course is registered, or "Skip on error" to move on to the next course as soon as one fails. Set a delay between attempts, then press "Register now" or schedule the run for a time in the future.
Follow and cancel a run
A run moves through Pending, Running, then Completed, Failed or Cancelled. The history page shows the log for each run; you can only cancel one while it is still Pending — a run that has already started cannot be cancelled.
Never a guaranteed registration
The service retries exactly as you configured it, but it cannot guarantee a course still has a slot or that the portal accepts every attempt. For a scheduled run, the system also re-checks your subscription right before it runs — if it has lapsed, the run fails without registering anything.
If something goes wrong
A few messages you might see: no saved QLDT account (HANU-01), the QLDT sign-in failed (HANU-02), no courses selected or too many (HANU-03), the run was not found (HANU-04), the run already started so it cannot be cancelled (HANU-05), the course list failed to load (HANU-06), or the scheduled time is already in the past (HANU-07).
