Plans & access

Plans, requesting a subscription, and what happens when it expires.

A plan is a bundle of feature entitlements an administrator grants to your account — a plan costs no QXC and carries no fee of any kind. This article explains how to see your current plan, how to request a change, and what happens when you cancel.

Seeing your plan

You can browse the list of plans and what each one includes without signing in, at Plans & access. Once signed in, the same page shows the plan you're on and its entitlements — Group Order, for instance, is a feature reserved for the Pro plan.

Requesting a change

To move to a different plan, you file a request and wait for an administrator to decide — there is no instant self-service switch. Only one request can be pending at a time; filing another while one is still pending returns an error.

Cancelling

Cancelling your current plan takes effect immediately and requires you to confirm your recent sign-in (Sudo). You drop to the default Free plan right away — since a plan costs no QXC, there is nothing to refund.

When a plan expires

If your plan was granted for a fixed period, you drop to the Free plan automatically once that period ends — the same outcome as cancelling, just without you having to do anything.
