Group orders let you record a shared food order, split the amount in VND across your members and track who has paid. Members transfer money straight to each other by bank transfer, outside the app — Group orders only keeps the books and works out who still owes whom, with no connection to QXC or your wallet in any way.
Needs the Pro plan
Group orders is a Pro-plan feature. See Plans & access for the available plans and how to request an upgrade, then open Group orders to get started.
Connect Grab
On the "Grab cookie" tab, paste a cookie or curl command copied from your browser after signing into Grab — the exact steps are shown right on the page. Press "Test connection" to confirm: a working connection switches the status to "Active"; a failed one stays "Not connected".
Fetch and import orders
The "Orders" tab lets you fetch your Grab order history for the last 1, 7, 30 or 60 days, then import any of those orders into your group order. You can also create a custom order — restaurant name, order date, items with their cost and quantity, delivery fee and an optional promo code — for orders placed outside Grab. A Grab order can only be imported once; importing the same one again fails.
Members and assigning items
On the "Members" tab, add each participant with an ID you choose and their full name — these are symbolic names, not qxbe accounts. Once an order exists, assign each item to one or more members who shared it.
Splitting the discount and delivery fee
You choose how a promo discount splits for each order: evenly across every member, or in proportion to what each person ordered. The delivery fee always splits evenly, whatever you choose for the discount.
Marking payments and the statement
Once a member has transferred VND straight to you outside the app, you mark it paid by hand — Group orders never confirms or matches any bank transaction itself. You can mark a single item, a whole order, or every order in a date range as paid or unpaid. The "Settlement" tab totals, for the range you pick, each member's item subtotal, their share of the discount and delivery fee, and how much VND they still owe — and it can be exported as CSV.
Bank details and payment QR
On the "Bank account" tab, save your account number and account holder name. From there you can create a payment QR code for members to scan and transfer the exact VND amount they owe, straight into your bank account.
Sharing a public page
Turn on "Public page" to get a link anyone can open — showing orders, members and the settlement — without being able to change anything. Turning it off stops the link working immediately; turning it back on reuses the same link, unchanged. While it is private, only you can see it.
If something goes wrong
A few messages you might see: the Grab connection check failed (GRP-05), an order was already imported (GRP-06), a member ID is already taken (GRP-02), or a shared page cannot be opened because it is currently private or the link is wrong (GRP-07).
